Olive Jobs Terms and Conditions of Use

SECTION 1 - GENERAL

1. Terms

By accessing this web site, you are agreeing to be bound by these web site Terms and Conditions of Use, all applicable laws and regulations, and agree that you are responsible for compliance with any applicable local laws. If you do not agree with any of these terms, you are prohibited from using or accessing this site. The materials contained in this web site are protected by applicable copyright and trade mark law.

2. Use License

Permission is granted to temporarily download one copy of the materials (information or software) on the Olive Job web site for personal, non-commercial transitory viewing only. This is the grant of a license, not a transfer of title, and under this license you may not:

• modify or copy the materials;
• use the materials for any commercial purpose, or for any public display (commercial or non-commercial);
• attempt to decompile or reverse engineer any software contained on the Olive Jobs web site;

Olive Net Ltd has not reviewed all of the sites linked to its Internet web site and is not responsible for the contents of any such linked site. The inclusion of any link does not imply endorsement by Olive Net Ltd of the site. Use of any such linked web site is at the user's own risk.

Olive Net Ltd may revise these terms of use for its web site at any time without notice, although notification of major changes will normally be given via email. By using this web site you are agreeing to be bound by the then current version of these Terms and Conditions of Use.

Any claim relating to the Olive Jobs web site shall be governed by UK law.

SECTION 2 - ADVERTISING ONLY

9. Publishing of Adverts

Job adverts of extracts thereof placed on Olive Jobs may be copiedto other Olive Net Ltd websites, or related partner websites whether or not expressly selected in publishing options. Adverts may be removed from Olive Jobs and external sites at any time and without notice.

10. Break in Service

In case of anydrop in advertising service of more than 12 hours Olive Net Ltd will normally extend the life ofadvertsto make up for lost advertising time. Alternatively a pro rata refund will be made either automatically or on request.

11. Dissatisfaction

Should advertisers be dissatisfied with the service provided Olive Net Ltd offers a pro rata refund, by time for time limited advertising packages, or pro rata refund by remaining complete advertising units for purchases limited by number of advertising units.

12. Return / Refund / Cancellation policy

Since Olive Jobs does not sell a physical product to customers we do not accept returns as such. There is after all nothing physical to return. Of course we do have a virtual product, the advertising area used by job adverts, and advertisers may 'vacate' this space at any time, with no notice by contacting Olive Jobs by the means given at the end of this paragraph. A full refund will be given pro-rata for complete days (or advert credits in the case of Premium PAYG packages) of remaining advertising time, although not for time / space already used.

We do not charge any fees for such cancellation.

We will refund your payment to your credit card or by BACS if you have paid us directly, not through the normal payment means on this site.

Should you decide to cancel, please just briefly explain your reasons why and tell us the job name and rough date you posted it, or package purchase type and date.

13. Unacceptable Adverts

Unacceptable adverts are:

• Pyramid selling or network marketing schemes, whether legal or illegal. This includes any enterprise in which recruits must pay a fee to join and whose earnings are wholy or partly reliant on recruiting more people to pay to join the same scheme.
• "Get rich quick" schemes. No formal definition is offered but Olive Net retains the right to remove any adverts which are deemed to fit this description.
• Illegal or immoral enterprises.

Any advert which, in the opinion of Olive Net Ltd, breaks any of these rules may be removed without notice of refund. Additionally suspension of advertiser account will normally follow. Any other advert which Olive Net deems to be unsuitable may be removed, but notice and refund will be given.

14. Contact and EMail

Olive Net Ltd may contact advertisers at any time to inform them of changes to site function or terms and conditions (see also para 7), or with information directly relevant to adverts placed on Olive Jobs, or advertiser accounts held.
